The latest workshop delivered by CSConsult to the company Processed Snack Products, from Widnes, was the first off-site for the Management Team. The QuickBooks accounting package was successfully deployed over the past few weeks, and the data was updated. The company has now in place processes for cost control and stock management. The final stage of the project was to involve the entire Management Team in the interpretation of the information on the different reports, and allowing them to fully understand how it all comes together.

To held the workshop, we used a modern, state of the art equipped, board room, and brand new installations of the Women's Organisation at St James Street, in Liverpool. Feedback on the content of the workshop, the location and the organisation of the event was excellent.

New Mobile Sales Force Management Website

Continuing down the Mobile Management route, CSConsult announces the launch of the latest Mobile Management sites. It is now the turn of the Mobile Sales Force! Allowing users to manage Post-Sales Service and Support. Users can follow-up on clients and follow up on solutions that may have been provided. The application allows the creation of simple web-forms and self-service areas for the company website. User Spotlight for CSConsult

Method Integration recently published an article on one of our customization projects. After reviewing a number of alternatives CSConsult identified what they believed to be the most appropriate solution. Since the client already used Quickbooks for accounting purposes and Method Integration takes advantage of that integration. The new screens built by the consultants facilitate the collection of data and the incorporation of that data into the normal flow of business activities.
