As part of his Professional Career in different countries and in contact with different cultures, Antonio developed competencies on the Financial and Administrative Processes, and Coordinated the preparation of Business, Financial, Capital and Pre-Opening Plans, in environments with strong financial pressure. Antonio was involved in the Preopening and Takeover of Service Operations, within International Hotel Chains like Hilton International, Whyndham International and Sol Melia, Organizing and Coordinating High-Performance Teams, in which Planning, Communicating, Controlling and Proactive Decision-Making were of paramount importance. Antonio also implemented Quality Assurance Programs and keeps himself updated in modern technologies applied to Quality and Productivity of Corporate Businesses.

An effective motivator and problem-solver with strong influencing, facilitation and communication Skills, Caroline has a wide experience in leading a diversity of Projects within multi-cultural Teams with sound results.
